Marion Green (61) was appointed an elder with the Leavenworth Church of Christ, May 4, 2008. He and his wife, Stella, have been active members of the congregation since about 1978. Both Marion and Stella have taught Bible school classes and Marion has served as a deacon in various areas since about 1982. They have three daughters and a son.
Marion retired in 2006 as an accounting manager with the Federal Aviation Administration and is currently working as a contract financial analyst for the Department of Health and Human Administration. Stella is an elementary school librarian for the Shawnee Mission Kansas School District.
